If you are not able to move the slidemechanism (big picture, red didge) remove the outside rubber-o-ring near the mouthpiece (violet didge) and place the didge upright on the ground.
Now you push the inside tube into the outside tube. The inside tube can move up to 2 mm downwards until it stops at the ground (blue didge). These 2 mm are enough to breake the "beginning stick". (Normally you need this "beginning stick" to avoid changing the length during the playing!)
Now it's very easy again to pull out the POWERSLIDE to it's full length (black didge).
Replace immediately after that the outer rubber-o-ring to avoid the inner tube to fall out of the outer tube.
It's the same procedure for the sticking middle tube.
If this problem happens all the time or the slidemechanism isn't smooth it's time to fill in some oil!
